Donations
Donations allow IRT to further enhance the lives of our residents and clients both now and in the future. By making a donation to IRT, you have the option of your money going towards the areas where IRT needs it most, the IRT Research Foundation, or towards an area of your choice.
Donations of $2 and over are tax deductible.
IRT Greatest Need
By choosing this option, your donation is used in the area that IRT most requires it, such as;
- Purchasing new medical equipment and supplies
- Offering additional care services
- Upgrading existing facilities
- Developing new facilities to care for the growing population of older Australians
IRT Research Foundation
In 2008, IRT announced a new enterprise in line with the growing needs of the seniors lifestyle & care industry. Launched in 2009, the IRT Research Foundation operates towards the advancement of the quality of life of seniors by providing valuable funds to assist in the pursuits of research and further education into the area of Gerontology, the social, psychological and biological aspects associated with ageing, and other related fields. Scholarships will also be awarded to further studies into the issues relevant to the quality of life of seniors.
