Are you overwhelmed by clutter in your own home?

Our Nowra ‘Buried in a Lifetime of Treasure’ program can help. Over 12 weeks you’ll complete activities to help you understand your relationship with your belongings and what skills, behaviours and small changes can help.

The group will be held each Thursday from 10am to 11.30am, starting 21 April 2022.

The program is FREE for participations aged 55+ and will be held at:
