Renee Campbell

Renee has worked at Wollongong City Council since 1995, and has held senior positions including Manager of Corporate Planning and Business Improvement and Manager of Environmental Strategy and Planning. She is currently the Director of Corporate Services, having held the role since 2017.

During her extensive career with Wollongong City Council, Renee has managed the development of a new outcome focused Strategic Plan; developing targets and objectives in formulating council’s corporate plan; and led the implementation of a performance reporting system. Renee has led and managed large teams and has been successful in advancing key improvement projects for the organisation.  Renee is an evaluator with Business Excellence Australia and believes in creating collaborative working environments focused on integrity and accountability.
