Our Cadetship Program provides support and financial assistance to approved IRT employees while completing tertiary undergraduate nursing studies.  As an existing IRT Aged Care Worker, this pathway into nursing allows you to complete your study while also working in the industry.

Our Registered Nurse New Graduate Program is designed to consolidate clinical nursing and personal care skills whilst setting you up in a career in aged care.  This 12 month program focuses on clinical practice in an IRT Aged Care Centre with the support of an experienced Clinical Nurse to guide you.
